HOL(Y)STIC YOGA MOVEMENT
Find my everday sessions in Bad Hofgastein in the YogaSpace of Hotel Blü.
In the mornings we practice a modern evolution of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga by fusioning fluid coordinative transitions with playful moves and strengthening yoga postures.
Evenings are designed to calm down the nervous system - a somatic experience led by the depth of your breath.

THERAPEUTIC & RESTORATIVE YOGA
Join my rather shanti 90 min. therapeutic yoga sessions at Impuls Hotel Tirol in Bad Hofgastein.
These classes are a soft & gentle journey on which you will learn to breathe properly while finding ways to decrease pain by strengthening muscles, improving flexibility and optimising overall posture by using all kinds of props like blocks and bolsters.

YOGA for EVERYONE
sundays from 9.30 - 10.30 in Bad Hofgastein, Tauernplatz 1.
Join me for a mindful breathing, moving meditation - sessions are fun and promote agility, flexibility, mobility and strength through functional movement in yogic tradition.
We build new exciting movement patterns, deconstruct them and develop them further.
The focus is on improving the holistic movement pattern through exploration and sometimes include partnering exercices and often pranayama tools.
These sessions are rather playful and open to any level.

SUMMER YOGA SESSIONS
From June onwards, you can join me on saturdays 10.00 - 12.00 for Yoga in the forest of the Anger valley, where we practice surrounded by trees, birdsong, and the calming rhythm of nature. These sessions combine mindful movement, breathwork, and the healing power of the forest – ideal to slow down, recharge, and reconnect.
From July to September, on sundays from 10:00 to 12:00, I offer Mountain:Yoga at stunning panoramic platforms on Schlossalm or Stubnerkogel. Here, we flow through dynamic sequences that unite ancient yoga tradition with functional, modern movement concepts – designed to boost mobility, strength, and overall body awareness.

ICE BATH - COLD PLUNGES
Every saturday from 10.00 -12.00 I invite you to discover the invigorating power of cold immersion at Hotel BLÜ.
Ice Baths are more than just a refreshing dip – it’s a mindful journey that strengthens your body, sharpens your mind, and awakens your inner resilience.
With guidance and breathing techniques, you’ll learn to meet the cold with presence and ease, unlocking both physical and mental benefits: improved circulation, boosted energy, enhanced focus, and a deep sense of clarity.
Whether you are new to cold exposure or already experienced, this practice invites you to challenge your limits, expand your comfort zone, and reconnect with your natural strength.
Stepping into the ice means tapping into your power – leaving you with a feeling of being refreshed, centered, and fully alive.

MOON RITUALS with
CACAO CEREMONY
Once a month, either on the New Moon or the Full Moon, I host a special ritual.
These gatherings bring together the transformative energy of the moon with the ancient wisdom of a traditional Mesoamerican cacao ceremony and ancient yogic wisdom.
Cacao, revered by the Maya and Aztecs as a sacred plant, has been used in ritual for centuries as plant medicine. Ceremonial cacao is prepared from pure, minimally processed cacao beans and shared with intention.
It gently opens the heart, grounds the body, and clears the mind.
This ceremony invites you to pause, release what no longer serves you, connect with your inner wisdom, and set new intentions with clarity and an open heart – in tune with the rhythms of nature and the moon.
