BUDOKON YOGA WORKSHOPS
April, 6th & 7th

LET ME GUIDE YOU INTO THE WAY OF THE WARRIOR SPIRIT

Immerse yourself into Budokon Yoga, which complements among others, the training of Bellator World Champion Lovato Jr. Fight Team.

A contemporary fusion and blend of Mixed Movement Training that combines Yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Animal Locomotion, Mobility, Calisthenics and Cognitive Training into one Black Belt System called BUDOKON.

A Budokon Mixed Movement Artist is a true Warrior Yogi - studying striking, grappling, yoga, calisthenics and animal locomotion.

Budokon yoga is a practice for those who seek the highest level of agility, mobility, flexibility and strength.

In these workshops, I will introduce you to the world of fusing modern martial arts with yoga and calisthenics.

BUDOKON YOGA PRIMARY SERIES
narrating the story of the warrior spirit

The foundation of this yoga style is the Budokon Yoga Primary Series, narrating the way of the warrior spirit.

This series consists of 7 intelligently put together sections of slow and controlled movements that improve mobility, agility, flexibility and strength.

Techniques are learned through repetition and precision, focusing on transitions from posture to posture rather than holding asanas.

Move with me trough our Budokon Primary Series!

Workshop Location

The Budokon Yoga Workshops take place at Yoga World Fair, Landesmesse Stuttgart, Messepiazza 1.

VISHNU SPACE:

April 6th at 1.15 - 2.00 pm : Fundamentals of the Primary Series

GANESHA SPACE:

April 7th at 12.45 - 1.30 pm : Budokon Yoga Flow

The purpose of the physical aspect of Budokon is to build muscle strength, strengthen the cardiovascular system and improve joint mobility.

Because it is a physically demanding style of yoga, Budokon challenges and eliminates the mental constructs one may have about oneself, resulting in self-transformation through introspection.

In other words, the physical work strengthens the body, and the mental work strengthens the mind.
