Together we’ll stay in the amazing Hotel Blü with mountain panoramic views✹, holding sacred space for a magic cacao or a cleansing smudging ceremony with advent invocation ritual and beautiful heart-warming winter activities.

Daily Yoga on Beat classes in the morning will lead us to a full choreography at the end of our retreat.

Yin Yoga classes in the evening and joint activities will bring us to peace of mind.

Meditation, breathing and Yoga to modern music will nourish our minds and bodies equally.
