YOGA IS UNION OF BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT AND THEREFORE MOVEMENT IS HEALING

With several hundreds of hours of in-depth yoga teacher training and an academic background in yoga philosophy, Sanskrit and classical Tibetan, I offer a wide range of yoga styles - from Ashtanga to Kundalini.

 

Through years of dedicated endless practice and the continuous inspiration and influences drawn from all types ofo movement cultures, I have developed my own teaching style that seamlessly blends tradition with modernity.

In my mixed movement sessions you will enjoy a combination of Yoga, Mobility and Movement which may be challenging while never overstraining your capacities. 

 

My credo is with ease and joy - playfully - to expand your own boundaries and promote self-exploration.
