PRIVATE TRAININGS FOR REHABILITATION, RECOVERY AND LIMITED MOVEMENT CAPACITY
WITH HOL(Y)STIC MOVEMENT À LA FIA
Movement is for every body - not only for bodies that move without limitations.
Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, living with physical limitations, experiencing reduced mobility, or simply looking for a safe and intelligent way to become stronger and more capable in your body - my private sessions meet you exactly where you are.

With many years of experience working with therapy, rehabilitation and health resort guests, I have accompanied people with a wide range of physical conditions, movement limitations and individual needs.

My work is also shaped by years of close collaboration and professional exchange with physiotherapists, sports scientists and other health professionals, allowing me to create an informed bridge between therapeutic care and an independent, sustainable movement practice.

HOL(Y)STIC MOVEMENT ADAPTED TO YOU

There is no single definition of how a body should move.
Hol(Y)stic Movement combines elements of yoga, mobility, strength, flexibility, functional movement, breathwork and somatic awareness to create a practice that is adapted to your individual possibilities rather than forcing your body into a standardized system.

Depending on your needs, we may work on mobility, stability, strength, balance, coordination, breathing and overall body awareness - always respecting your current abilities while gradually exploring and expanding your movement capacity.

This approach can be particularly valuable for people living with limited mobility or long-term physical restrictions, as well as those rebuilding their physical capacities following injury, surgery, illness or rehabilitation.

EXPERIENCE & INTERDISCIPLINARY COLLABORATION

Over the years, I have worked with an exceptionally diverse range of people and bodies - from therapy and rehabilitation guests to people with everyday physical limitations, active individuals and professional athletes.
This experience has taught me that there is no universal movement practice.
Different bodies require different approaches.
When you are already working with a physiotherapist, sports scientist, physician or other health professional, their recommendations can be taken into account and, where appropriate, integrated into our work.

The goal is to create continuity between therapy, rehabilitation, everyday life and movement training - helping you become increasingly confident and independent in your own body.

YOUR BODY. YOUR POSSIBILITIES. YOUR MOVEMENT.

Your starting point does not determine how meaningful movement can be.
For one person, progress might mean returning to sport after an injury. For another, it might mean improving balance, getting up from the floor more easily, increasing range of motion or simply discovering new ways of moving within existing physical limitations.

Private sessions give us the space to explore exactly that.
Not chasing a perfect body.
Not forcing a perfect movement.
But discovering what movement is possible for you - and expanding from there.
