It takes at least 21 days to achieve true inner transformation and rewire the brain in a new upgraded way.

I will share breathing techniques from the tradition of the Himalayas and breath control exercises from my teachers around the world.

Together we will inhale the new and fresh, hold the good and light and exhale the old and stuck.
